Cardiac Pathology Catalog with Direct Links to 3D Simulator
This master catalog lists the 69 cardiac conditions simulated in three dimensions by MioAtlas: 43 conduction system arrhythmias, 18 acute coronary occlusion sites (STEMI), and 8 acute occlusion equivalent phenotypes (OMI). Each entry contains a direct link that opens the 3D simulator configured with that condition.
How does a direct simulator link work?
The simulator stores its full bioelectrical state in URL query parameters, so any copied link reproduces the identical configuration in another browser. For arrhythmias, use ?mode=conduction&arr=; for coronary occlusions, ?syn=SCACEST&ter=. IDs match the ID column in the tables below.
These 69 catalog entries are just the starting point: evolutionary infarction phase, coronary dominance, stenosis severity, multivessel disease, and additional leads are independent parameters. The complete parameter grammar documents how to construct custom configurations.
Which arrhythmias can be simulated?
The electrophysiology engine reproduces 43 entities from normal sinus rhythm to ventricular asystole, each with its biophysical mechanism, rate range, and diagnostic leads.
